The Concept
The Apex modular wiring products are based on the tried and tested methods of the aerospace and automotive industries. Designed and pre-planned wiring system. Sometimes known as soft wiring, is measured and plotted onto an overlay of the electrical circuiting designs to achieve a point-to-point wiring system.
There is a paradigm shift in the mind-set of the benefits of the pre-planning and time spent at the early stages of every project to eliminate wastage and deliver a fully accountable and measurable project wiring system. As with the aerospace industry where quality control is critical, the Apex modular wiring system is manufactured and thoroughly tested in a controlled environment.

Modular Wiring Stages
Pre-wired modular (soft) wiring products are scalable to be used on any project; from the pre-wired Distribution Board along the busy service corridors, feeding into rooms, to all pre-wired power and lighting accessories as the final point of connection.
All Apex Wiring Systems are pre-wired and pre-tested in factory conditions.

Stage 01 - Board Connections
Apex Board Connections (Panel Mount):.
Provide pre-wired, pre-terminated and pre-tested DBs ready to plug in on site.
Stage 02 - Corridor Wiring
Apex Home Runs:.
Provide measured, pre-wired corridor feeds to service the field wiring to rooms and corridors. A pluggable connection to the DB.
Stage 03 - Field Wiring
Apex Field Wiring:
Provides a Pre-wired, measured, and designed solution for power and lighting sub-circuits. Plug & Play wiring through to final connections and pre-terminated accessories.
Stage 04 - Accessories
Pre-wired Accessories:
Provide simple and easy pluggable connections on site for all power & lighting accessories.
